  • Pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, you may request the deletion of personal data we store, as long as the collection isn’t necessary to support the right to free speech and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons pertaining to public interest or to claim, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • Pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, you have the right to limit the processing of your personal data in cases where you contest the truthfulness of the information, where the processing is illegal but you are opposed to deleting and we no longer need the data but you need them to claim, exercise or protect legal rights or if you have lodged an objection against the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO;
